Silversides Invest ApS acquires a minority share of Dencrypt A/S

Silversides Invest ApS, a private Danish investor, has acquired a 37% minority share of Dencrypt. The share has been acquired from Dencrypt’s former venture capital investor, Borean Innovation.

Daniel Kjær from Silversides Invest enters Dencrypt’s board of directors and replaces Thor Jespersen, CEO of Borean Innovation. Daniel Kjær is CEO of Wiseled ApS, a provider of LED and laser illuminators for professional applications.
